Constantly appearing offline

Could someone help me with this. I got no clue how to fix this nor googling or youtube worked.

My steam is appearing constantly offline to me - I am gray in the right top corner of steam yet I am online when u open my profile or when i open friends and chat.
Where it should be blue and green while ingame.

And yes Ive tried all the jumbo like:
-restarting both steam and pc
-exiting completely and opening again
-reloging - worth noting that it shows normally on a 2nd account
-I am not in offline mode - also tried turning it on and off nothing
-clearing download cache
- going offline/invisible/busy in friends and back

Nothing seems to work, any ideas ?

Try a steam flush. It sounds like your settings may of gotten corrupted.

To perform a Steam config flush, completely exit the Steam client, then open the Run dialog box by pressing Windows key + R, type "steam://flushconfig" and press Enter; this will essentially refresh your Steam configuration files by clearing local cache data.
Key points:

Exit Steam completely: Make sure you are fully logged out of the Steam client before attempting to flush the config.

Open Run dialog: Press Windows key + R to access the Run command.
Type the command: Enter "steam://flushconfig" in the Run dialog box.
Press Enter: After typing the command, press Enter to execute the config flush.

Tried that, didnt help anything. I still appear offline to myself.

Uninstall steam, restart pc, then reinstall it. I see in your steps above you have not tried this method yet.

The other method is to make sure you did not set it by accident. Click on settings and check before trying uninstall.

What would that fix when I stated that its only a problem on my account and works fine on a different one.

Well uninstalling it would fix any corrupted settings. AS i said in a previous post, i think you have a corrupted setting. Unless you personally know coding on how to fix it, this is your only option. Otherwise you somehow set it to show you as offline always.

To check, open friends and chat tab, click on the arrow next to your name, and put it online. If that does not work, you will need to uninstall.

Are you in steam family share view, other that left it get online back , what this is a steam bug or steam cant ssee you onlione then youi play at others game i dont know, i dont have FS , ask steam support if this is the case.

i and other do not use FS ever, for other security issue.
