Then that could either be a payment hiccup which can often happen with any online payment, or you're misunderstanding how DLC can work.

Sometimes DLC will clearly show up as separate, but othertimes it's innocuous and you can't tell without running the game.

You should probably learn how Steam works before giving advice about it. It kinda seems there's some basic understanding you're missing.
