Don't be lazy and start using an actual password ON YOUR PC before your brother does something even worse than just playing games you don't want him to.
Use a windows log on password.

Buy a fingerprint reader.

You will either need to log out of steam or set a windows password so when you stop using your pc it locks it there and all you have to do then is log into windows.

Allowing other people access to your steam account is not allowed and you could always see if family share works better if they have another computer to use.
Here your options.
A) Buy fingerprint usb reader for your PC. Setup windows to login only by your finger print.

OR

B) Buy Yubikey which you have to carry at all time with you, setup windows login only when it plugin.

Neither of them requires you to type anything, you just scan your finger, or connect key to login that it.
I forgot to mention that this is a shared pc so I am not allowed to change the password or set up a fingerprint reader

Separate Windows users.

Same options as before I listed, but get 2nd storage install windows on it, and setup system to dual boot choosing whatever boot PC. And encrypted your storage drive so your brother can't access your side of the drive without password.

Or hear me out, just log out of Steam account... Use the steam mobile guard app, and scan to login no typing at all since it that much trouble to just type.

This right here. Each individual user of that PC should have their own user profile with their own password. Each profile should be logged in to their own individual Steam accounts. Then set up family sharing if you want, and if you mark a game as private it won't show up in the other user's accounts.

Functionally this make it like you all have your own computers, but on just the one computer.
Thank you to everyone that helped

Basically exit steam every time and disable auto-login
