Dead Space 2 Modding Tool Help.

Hello, i have Dead Space 2 copy of the game, and as in the topic.. I have found in the darkness of internet a tool to unpacking dead space 2 game files (.DAT) <---Game Archive Name. But i cant find any solution how to pack mod/game files to game archive.. adding only folder with mod dont do anything.. game don`t see mods.. using winrar, dragonunpaker and universal extractor gives nothing.. the worst thing is this the alpha prime (a 2007 game) have too game files named .dat but is .dat writing by small characters not .DAT by big words .. any one know how to pack dead space 2 archive to .DAT format>???<

As James says above, ANY game realted questions on here you should ALWAYS ask in that game's forum.

But generally speaking, the first place I'd ask is the same place you got that unpacking tool in the first place.

nope, in the site of this mods (a tool)was only visceral unpacker.. not visceral packer.

I think you're missing the point.

If you unpack these tools, you often find readme files or some sort of message or identifier of maybe the author or some clue where it came from. That's a starting point.

As is the place you got it from. So again, I'd start there.

no i understand. i get only a working program called "Visceral unpacker" there is no any readme and author credits or somthink like this.. when i tab name of program in google .., there is nothing found , including the name of this unpacker..

Ah that sucks then.

Have you tried looking at places like ModDB or asking in forums for places like that? Long shot I know...
