Also, all this is fake. He's trying to scam you. Ignore it.
If they did report you, 99.90999999% sure they didn't but if they did Steam would investigate. First thing they'd find is that you have never interacted with that user, on Steam, thus the 'report' is a false report and nothing would happen
(1) Steam employees NEVER EVER contact you out of the blue, and certainly not on third party apps. That would be wholly unprofessional wouldn't it? The ONLY way to talk to Valve employees is to make a support ticket yourself and wait for the response. That's it.
(2) When such scammers contact you, it's important to remember that their threats of reporting you mean absolutely nothing if you haven't done anything wrong. Reports are actioned based on evidence, not how sincere they sound or how many people do it.
So you do this - report them via their profile, block them and ignore them.
