Take the following steps to secure your Steam account:
1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
You must have at some point. Phishing works because the victims don't realize that the website they're logging into isn't the real one, and so they don't suspect anything is amiss.

after my discord got hacked I downloaded malwarebytes and did scan my pc, and show me that there was some malware and it got deleted but after few days I had this problem today of steam gift card

Because you did not properly secure your account after removing the malware. The scammer already had access to your account (if the malware was actually the cause of your problem).
I already did all the pw reset and regained control of my account, the only damage seems to be my empty friend list.
Also, there is already enough scammers on steam, so why would you use discord to expose yourself to even more?
NOTE: Steam chat works fine. Not sure why people do not use it. i have used it for many games. I think people try to invite me to discord to scam me. Maybe it is harder to scam on steam chat?
