Can't receive tf2 items

when my friend tries to offer me a tf2 trade an error appears :

" Erickson cannot trade items in Team Fortress 2 "

YES i have a f2p account but free to plays accounts CAN RECEIVE trades as i used to receive ( this has happened recently )

i don't have vac ban either.
so what's the problem here ?

Have you contacted to Steam support yet? No one here can tell an answer why you cannot receive those items through trading.

Yes and they've said " Your friends needs to upgrade their accounts to premium " but they HAVE premium account and i'm still waitin for their second reply .
