Questionable Steam Wallet Giveaway

Has anyone looked into the legitimacy of the steamcard.org Steam Wallet Giveaway yet? A friend posted a link on facebook, it claims to give away Steam Wallet Funds ($20-50) for reaching a certain number of hits on your personal event page...

It also states: "This website is not affiliated in any way with Valve Corporation or any of their partners." Also, the trademark for the site was registered this year. Scam? Thanks pals.

Look il be honest... its 99% scam all these refer friends thing.. why you ask?

Well i am on a YouTuber and earn some what from views... i can see how much i earn there.. someone that dose a site like that dose not earn much more...
so for each view he may get abut 0.001$ ← not true number.. but you get the point

And he say he will give you a 5$ card for 0.020$ (guessing you need to refer abut 20 users) dose that give any sense?

Oh, cool. I didn't know about the youtube view thing, kind of puts it in perspective there... I was looking for a confident refferal for my friend who was linking this site though, there's no need to jump on me like I'm an idiot. :S
