eula agreement for games
i dont know if there was an update or something, but last few hours every game i start i need to agree to eula agreement of the game. of course i am talking about already installed games, i played few hours before. it's not every time i start same game, just first time, just like i reinstalled those games. is this normal?

They may have been updated. They often pop up for certain games that have been updated along with the EULA. Not sure if it's normal for every game though. In fact, I don't think I've ever had it pop up for any game.

May be something local was coraped or something and you lost the list of games that you all ready agreed to or something

that was the case with games that have that kind of agreement, like payday 2 and arma 3. power went off for like a few seconds, so my pc was suddenly off. that happened after that, can it be because steam shutted in that sudden way? because when i turned pc on after that, and logged into steam, it searched for updates for a few seconds.
