You can't trade for money, so they probably won't give your items back.

You traded outside the secure Steam trading system by trying to accept real life money for your items (which is against the rules). As such, what you did was GIFT your items to that person, which you were warned about before you hit the trade button, and they will not be retrievable. Valve will likely not be interested in reading a long list of those items as they consider the trade to be final as you accepted the terms of it. In the future, do not attempt to trade outside of the Steam trading system, so that you cannot be scammed in such a way. Sorry for your loss. NEVER trust strangers on the internet.
