Syncing saves for games that are available both on steam and android

Looking at my library after the current Humble Bundle sale, I now have several games that are both available on Steam and Android. Is there a way to sync my save files, so that I can start playing on my computer, then go on my phone and pick up from where I left off?

I am thinking of Knights of Pen & Paper +1 Edition and and Cook, Serve, Delicious right now. Are the save files on Steam and Android versions compatiable? Has anyone tried this?

Some games use online accounts for some stuff, i think that is about it.
Frozen Synapse and Hero Academy works like that.

I don't think there is any way to sync saves or progress unless the devs set up their own system outside of Steam.

If steam dose support a way to do it with the mobile i think can be more of a Account risk as it will mean you need to login to your account on the game and that mean your account info will be someone on the phone.. and not only on the Steam Mobile... so i do not think its really worth risking it in the end... even that maybe something like these can work...

But as Forcen say the dev can do it all ready if they want.. if not... they do not
