The only way to sell more than 200 items on the market is to fill out the forms. You don't have to be over 18.
You've sold 200 items in 3 months? o.O
I know people who hit that in the first week and aren't bots :P
Good to know but now I'm a little worried sine I have sold quite a bit so far. I have to be careful I guess and only sell worthwhile items.
If you reach 200, you have to give them your US Tax info. Or proof of non US Citizenship. But they don't actually do anything with it unless you make somehting like... 20,000 USD.

When do these people find time to play their games? o.o
The form requires your SSN. You usually get one at birth or before 12 (I think it is required before 12 years of age by law). You can start paying taxes at any time. This is a part of those same taxes.
If you are under 18, I suggest having a parent or guardian go over the form with you. It should be their decision as to filling out the form or not and they can explain it to you as well.
now i'm not stuck marketless for 8 months!
