The only way to sell more than 200 items on the market is to fill out the forms. You don't have to be over 18.

Unfortunately Valve can't change the US tax laws, so you will have to fill out the requested information if you wish to continue trading.

You've sold 200 items in 3 months? o.O

Wait there is a limit on how many things you are allowed to sell on market within a year? I kind of remember hearing somthing of the sort, but thought it was something for outside the US.

Good to know but now I'm a little worried sine I have sold quite a bit so far. I have to be careful I guess and only sell worthwhile items. :csdmeh:

If you reach 200, you have to give them your US Tax info. Or proof of non US Citizenship. But they don't actually do anything with it unless you make somehting like... 20,000 USD.

The form requires your SSN. You usually get one at birth or before 12 (I think it is required before 12 years of age by law). You can start paying taxes at any time. This is a part of those same taxes.

If you are under 18, I suggest having a parent or guardian go over the form with you. It should be their decision as to filling out the form or not and they can explain it to you as well.
