there is some problem with postepay or paypal?

Hi guys, im'trying to buy games trought postepay and paypal.
But everytime i'm on checkout, and so click on "begin transaction..." and so check paypal.. stem reply with server 118 error... or sometime i'm on paypal windows click on pay... and steam reply me with server error, contact steam support.
I've a new postepay, i've activate it just today... but credit card WORK (i think so), i've done all step for activate (go to postal office, online step.. ALL).
Someone else have the same problem? ( i think maybe is my new credit card, surely i've money on...)

Yes i had this problem too and now I accidently bought a game twice this way

My paypal has been working :S i think the steam wallet just breaks sometimes T_T

The Problem may be that you entered in your information wrong a few times and so your credit/debit company blocked it

Work now! Maybe is a server's steam error, i see many people have the same issue today :-)

No, it is NOT borked.

The problem is that which affects ALL online payments as some point or another - CONGESTION.

It's busy, so your best bet is simply to try again when it is less busy - try a time when a lot of sensible people have gone to bed ;)
