Stupid question: how can I install demo for game, that I already own?

inb4: play full version.
I need this for achievements. Couple games have achievements in demo versions and looks like those achievements can spoil statistic. Not a big deal, of course.

Didn't know you couldn't, but if that's the case, you could always create a new account and download the demo there.

Not works. Steam install full version when I try install demo.

"Complete first level" and "reach wave 3 in arcade". And I think I already collected them, when I played demo. But I not sure.
They is no demo specific, but they counting separately.

Hard to explain. You know, some games have region restrictions. And sometimes one game title have couple versions on steam. For example Duke Nukem Forever.
Absolutly possible to have different versions of same game on one account. One of my friend have two copies of Duke Nukem Forever. One is retail russian, registered on Steam, second one he purchased directly trough Steam Store.
Each of those games have own achievements. They same. And they opens separately. To open achievements in both games he must play them both, not only one of them.

First DNF achievements
Second DNF achievements

Same thing with this demo. Demo and game have different IDs. Does not matter I opened those achievements in game, they still close in demo.
Not a big deal. But if I opened only one of this achievements, this is spoil my statistic. Always one "game "in my statistic being a 50 % finished and I can do nothing to change it. Forever.
