Entered Paysafecard but did not receive any money
Hello, 2 Hours ago I got a Paysafecard and entered it on steam (for steam wallet money) , after I entered the code the window got stuck, I waited for like 10 minutes untill I decided to close the window and opened it again, I entered the code again and it said that I already got charged but I didn't receive any Steam Wallet money. I later entered the second Paysafecard and it worked Immidiately. But I still haven't got the money from the first and bigger Paysafecard, I've sent both a ticket, and I googled arround to see if anyone else has got this problem aswell. I found some guys which had the same problem, and I found out that Steam was blaming PSC and the opposite. Im pretty pissed because I have slight economical problems but I still buy games and the money is lost now. Has anyone else experienced this and if yes did you get your money at the end?

yeah i have seen this problem a few times on here, but most people contacted steam support or paysafecard support and it worked out in the end. you just have to be a bit persistent and keep contacting them, they should help you out.

Ok thank you, I sent paysafecard an e-mail about my issue and they told me that they couldn't do anything and that I should contact steam, I've contacted steam, they asked for a screenshot of something, sent it to them, still waiting for another answer...

It can take days generally. Of course it largely depends on what other work they need to do.

If it's a simple reply based on their own knowledge, then it's not going to be too long. Issues like this might need to involve chechking through their cash payments recrods and can take time.

But in short, allow a few days at the very least.

For the future, if you can, I'd recommend trying to get another form of payment (such as VISA Electron) if it's at all possible.

Same thing happened to me, why is steam always messing up ?
Sorry for bumping an old thread, but it's money, my money, and I don't want it to lay to rest.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why was I charged twice for my purchase or charged for a purchase that says it failed?

In both of these cases, when a purchase fails one of the banking fraud checks, your bank may place a hold on the funds for up to 5 business days. These funds will not be collected by Valve. Please contact your bank to see if they will release the held funds.

If you still see a pending charge after 5 business days, please contact Steam Support so that we can investigate and help resolve the issue with your bank.

'Please attempt your purchase again using a web browser instead of the Steam client. If possible, please use Internet Explorer 7+ or Firefox to complete this transaction.' Would do it, but it says the code has already been used.
