Well, you can always chat or trade with anyone inside of a group's chat room, or a friend could set up a chat room and invite someone you don't know, though I guess that's not really applicable here.
2.you need the ID3 ( https://steamid.io )
3.go to the profile of 1 friend on the browser
4.right click in send message and click on inspect
5.search where say ¨javascript:OpenFriendChat( 'URL64', IP3 );¨
6.press enter, and click in send mesage
7.you need have installed the app of steam (they gona open after do all)

Ah they patched it
It's nice they added this, but for people who want to, myself included, we should be able to disable this safegaurd, just like we can disable chat filters.
No, you're missing a fundamental point here.
As it CURRENTLY stands, with this restriction, you will get the occasional out of the blue contact, and that's fair. But in opening such an availability it would be defrauded to heck. That's the point.
Now YOU might not have an issue with having to wade through messages every time you log on, others might. And that's why.
