I got scammed by a random person with a FAKE steam URL. PLEASE HELP ME.
Someone can help me with that, I have a screenshot of the items that I missed by a bot using my account when I was checking for a guy whos want to trade. I'm so dumb, but seriously, I need a help to get back my items, I send a support ticket, but if anyone knows about an admin that can help me with that I really be happy.

Phishing Urls are fake websites that look like steamcommunity profile pages. If you click the link to "add" the person, it asks for your Steam-Login (username / password). You enter those and the guy behind the phishing site gets your info and can enter your account.

Only way for someone to steal your items is to have your email address and password. e.g get your account details, login on their computers, login to your email to get your steamguard code and wait maybe a few days.. then bang your account and/or items are gone.

People really need to use different details or passwords for both steam and their emails and stop falling for phishing atempts.

The sites display a fake steam guard window too, and insert your code into the legit field that they got by the immediate attempt.

Like that I was thinking about a probably hacker, but I trust in the page that looks like the real steam, already change my password & msn password, I Hope steam support give me my items back. The odd thing that bot only takes items that worth 4 keys or more, it didn't take my Australium Scattergun, I think is a old hack.

It may also be wise to go to his profile and report him for scamming.

You logged into a phishing site and gave them your information. You were not hacked, you were phished.

All you can do is contact support and see what they can do. No one in the forums can assist you.
