If you are using the featured artwork showcase which is only one big middle artwork, then it needs to be 630 pixels wide and any height.

Don't use the Artwork showcase, but the Featured Artwork showcase. They're two different showcases. And set the correct width for your artwork (630 pixels), as that's the width of the Featured Artwork showcase.
