Not really, its too risky, there is no safe option for different region gift card outside steam.

It's been more than a month, it's a d*ck move for sure. They have no plan to fix it, it was in their plan all along, never was this an error, they meant to block transaction without admitting. Unless someone bring this to limelight, it would be swept under the rug

With all due respect, no offense, mate, that defeats the purpose of the thread, we're talking about international gift cards transaction, if we were in the 80's, then this might just be considerable option..

Conspiracy theory, could steam be deliberately closing off international gift sending to help third party wallet code retailer, lol, don't quote me on this one

Case in point, what I said still stand, digital gift cards can be exploited, but is it appropriate to generalize all acts as exploitation? I don't think so.

I agree, they should just state officially if we can do digital gifts to other countries or not. Right now they are just playing dumb.

Does it work with anyone or not? since we can not use a digital gift card with our friends now we need to do same account region to use gift card it is the only option right now? different regions are not acceptable now?
