Can my PC run Call of duty: Black ops 2?

Here are my specs: By the way 30fps is fine or even 25 on lowest i just want to play.
Proccesor: Intel Core i5-4210 CPU@ 1.70GHz 2.40GHz (2.40 is turbo right?)
RAM: 8GB
64BIT
Graphics:INTEL HD FAMILY about 4173 (i think thats the graphics card)

Well intel can work. I have plenty of hard drive space. I got windows 10. wtf is broadband. Memory i got plently. Proccesor is really the only thing..

search up on youtube. People have played with Intel HD 4000. It may only get 30fps but honestly i cant tell the difference between 40 and 80 on games like that.

Alpha and omega of every game PC is the graphics card. I wonder on people who purchase i5 and i7 CPU based machines, yet without a proper GPU. Intel HD was never made with gaming in mind, is a cheap solution for people who use their machines either for office or home media.
Ironically that machine will be far weaker in games as a i3 with a good card. Most of those Intel HDs don't have even a proper support of DX 10-11, which means that certain games will simply not run not due performance but due outdated DX support (good example was Akiba's Trip not long ago)

But looking at your CPU number is pretty much a laptop, note that those CPUs are far weaker as their desktop counterparts - sometimes half performance difference. Also it means that you need stick with that Intel HD, since laptops cannot be upgraded.

Black Ops 2 should run. COD games generally run a wide array of machines - game looks good only from afar, they use a lot of blur and cheap out on textures. So yes, maybe not 60FPS but should be run.
