if you ran that file, indeed you are going to be compromised. nothing to do with hacking as you downloaded and ran it willingly.

Probably if you downloaded it. Best case scenario, he's trolling you and YOU installed a cheat. Scan you machine. Change passwords. Clear and reinstall the game in question, which is probably CS:GO because, you know, how can it not be.
