Does Steam answer refund requests on the weekends?

Question is pretty self explanatory. I know the money in the steam wallet is gonna pend from 4-7 days but I want the refund to be accepted fairly soon. School starts for me next monday and I want my money to buy Just Cause 2 before then.

ussualy theres a bot that answers your email it will either be a yes or no and if you get accepeted for a refund then it will take a week for it to come into your account so yes they will answer but you wont get it untl a week

i know about the wait. i requested a refund this morning and still no answer :(

still no email :( looks like i won't get just cause 2 in enough time to put time in it before school kicks in

There is not way to speed up the refund process. You will just have to wait or use a diffrent payment method to get the game you want is you are in a hurry.

i'll still get the game in enough time regardless of whether they accept the refund today or monday, but im still kind of upset i wont get as much time
