Booster Packs Drop Rate[SOLVED]

I got 80% chance to drop a booster pack, but is it like this:
I got 80% chance to get dropped a booster pack every week, every month or what?

I'm planning to become level 50

No, you have +80% drop chance.
That does not mean 80%.
Let's assume, because i don't know the real values, you have a drop chance of 10%.
80% of 10 is 8, so you'd have an 18% chance.
The real value is most likely even lower.

But last 4 weeks i received every week 1 booster pack...

You most likely were. Never heard of someone getting that many in a month. I get maybe one every 2-3 months.

No offense to you but i'm hoping you are wrong haha.
If people are level 50 and are having 100% chance on having every week 1 booster pack it would be very deserved since i payed pretty much money compared to that booster pack worths for being level 50.

As i said, and take a look at the FAQ you linked, it's PLUS XX per cent.
That means even with Level 50 you would only have DOUBLE the chance of a level 1 account.

Level 50: +100% increase in your drop rate (i.e. the rate has doubled)

It even says so in the FAQ itself!

It says +100 % but there isn't stated that 10% is the static chance

Please don't be rude and explain, i'm maybe dumb at this point but on other points i'm smarter i control several programming languages and i'm able to code properly.

I thought that was a legit questions since you were not able to understand the difference between 80% and +80% chance and implying that my mention of 10% is that of the real value. Which i said it's not even before i mentioned it.

Now i think you don't understand since i'm just saying that i know that +80 is a percent that relyies on it's static percentage, but you were saying that it was stated on that link i thought you meant the static percentage was stated there, so we had a misunderstanding.

I actually wanna know what the static is or what it's average is since steam says it relies on the average amount of badges people make in a particular time period.
