Otherwise no. Do you have tried to set every graphic setting to maxed? I don't remember it being that bad.
What do you mean " bypasses users can set higher resolutions as game seem to support."? I mean I have a gtx 760, dno if that helps?
Ye i have shadows, settings on high etc. No I am not saying there bad, I just looked online and theres a video (or more than 1) with "Borderlands 1:Graphic mod gameplay" and also an official Steam Borderlands Mod Graphics and Audio. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=121953726
