I saw another post about this and someone said the problem was only on games running on unreal engine.

Metro games do not use the Unreal engine. It's most likely your videocard overheating and/or dying.

Metro Conflict is not the same as Metro 2033 and Last Light, and it is on the Unreal Engine.

It is indeed a known issue with the unreal engine for some people, are your graphics card drivers up to date?

Is it a laptop or desktop?
Integrated chip or dedicated card?

i do believe everthing is up to date and nothing is wrong with my laptop, it started with nosgoth and now the same problem has gone to metro conflict.

It could be a temperature issue, do you have any way of monitoring your GPU temp?

temprature is fine.

It is usually a driver issue. If you're using a laptop, I'd recommend NOT just going to your laptop manufacturer's site to find latest drivers, but also Google for any that are newer for your specific graphics card (as manufacturers are notoriously late in putting theirs up).

It's also prudent to make sure your AUDIO drivers are up to date too - whilst it's unlikely in this instance, audio drivers affect DirectX too, so you'd be surprised how they interfere.

If you are confident you've done this all, then your next recourse is the overheating issue. WHen did you last clean out the insides of your laptop? If you haven't done it in the last 6 months, then it's entirely possible it's dusty.

Other than that, you say "temps are fine", but WHAT are they? What do the temperature monitors say?
