Purchasing titles in Poland (I'm from Netherlands)

I'm going on a vacation tomorrow to Poland. While I'm not aware of any price differences between the games on Steam in Netherlands and Poland, will I still be able to play games in Netherlands when I buy them on Steam during my vacation in Poland? They're both within European Union, but I'm still curions.

If you do not live there, you need to buy from your local country store from here:
https://store.steampowered.com/account/
Set were you live, while you visit there, so it will move you to your local store
And i do not think you need to have any problem with the games over there

You will be fine. I Travel between The UK and Sweden and asked steam if there was anything I needed to do to be able to play and purchase between countries as well as not mess up my default currency being GBP ( I didn't want to start paying in € ). They told me to keep my account settings as the UK and use the web store for the UK ( http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=GB ) to purchase all of my games and then install then as per usual via my client while I am on the pc in Sweden. No problems so far.

*Purchase via your preferred store i.e. the Dutch site via a web browser
*Go to your client library after your purchase either in Netherlands or Poland, it doesn't matter.
*Install the game as you normally would.
*Play games and have epic fun :D

You should ensure that you set your Store Region to NL. That way you can ensure you wont hit ay region restrictions, and you can use your NL payment method in Poland
