Steam workshop sign up / payment information

Hello everyone!
Some time ago after playing a little bit Counter Strike: Global Offensive i accidently found a skin creating tutorial and thought "why not to try this by myself!". I created couple of skins that i personally would like to see in-game and tried to put it in workshop. So there was a lot of reading in that "license agreement" thing, but i read it all and accepted it. And then my 3 hours of searching problem came in - the payment information.
The thing is, that i don't think i will even make something not for free. And if i will, i would really like to receive it to my steam wallet instead of credit card. So i don't want and i can't (for personal reasons) fill in my bank account information, but without doing it, steam don't let me to upload anything to workshop. I was wondering if there are any possible ways that i could skip that "payment information" thing or attach it to my steam wallet without any bank information.

Perhaps make a PayPall? you can use it to buy steam funds and it will not come on your regular bank account

Nope.

You need to tie a bank account to it whether or not the content you're going to upload is going to cost.

So if i understood correctly, there is no way to register without bank account. And if i don't want to share it i can't join workshop. Ow well.. Then all my plans are gone and i will never register to it :/

Sharing is pretty much the point of the workshop.

I have some personal reasons for not sharink bank account details. Ow well, that's me! :)

Nothing. But as I told previosly, that's me, my personality and my personal reasons. All my questions were answered already (sadly) so please don't try to convince me to register with my bank info. Maybe one day valve will make being able to sign up without bank acc. Untill then I won't be member of worskhop. :)

They do this because it is possible to make items in workshop not for free. So you could get money into your bank acccount :)

They should add a steam wallet function for the payment information!
Because I dont want to add my bank account information, too.
Or they should add a function to add Workshop Items for free, without Bank Informations!

Ye man!!! I agree with you! And this is pretty old topic. I forgot about workshop. Maybe they did something like this already?

I'm having a similar problem currently, and sadly the payment methods have not been expanded in any way. I contacted Steam Support but I have a sinking feeling that they will not do anything for me...
