Was just wondering, My Steam Store Region is set as United Kingdom, but I'm trading with this guy for one of my items, for a couple of Polish PSC, whould I still be able to redeem them?

First of all, i have to point out that trading outside of the Steam policy mean you get no support on it
And its a pretty conman way to scam users

Now that its a side
I think if you put it into your account on what ever servers, that servers will convert it for you
How ever i do not really use PSC so i am not really sure how it works

Do not make this 'trade'. It's a blatant scam and Steam Support wont help you if you do get conned.

What trades should I avoid?
Do not trade for anything that cannot be added into the trade window within Steam. The most common examples of these scenarios are the following:
Trading items/gifts for money outside of the Steam Community market. You cannot add Wallet credit, PayPal, gift cards or any form of money into the trade window.

It's fine, It's a real life friend who I've known since we we're babies but we were just wondering if this would work.
