Is Letteron.com a Germany-based email provider?

I had an account hijacked, and I did some research on the hijacker through support and etc. He stole my email for a while before I secured my PC and my email. From what I know he was located in Germany, and going off of the new email associated with my account, the provider name began with an "l" and was 8 characters long.

So, just wondering, does this sound correct to anyone? I mean, there's not a lot I can do about it. Just curious. Thanks.

Yes, it's German.
