Ok thanks :)
Isthereanydeal doesn't report Steam sales or freebies, unfortunately. No "on the house" reporting either, although there's usually sufficient time to just check there every now and then.

SteamDB[steamdb.info] has a page listing current Steam sales, but they don't send mails. And freebies aren't sales.

And sad to hear it dose not do Free give games :/ too bad
If you like GOG on facebook, you will get notifications about their sales.
Also like HumbleBundle on fb and you will get informations about their bundles.
Also, you can wishlist games you like, and you'll receive an email when they go on sale.

In theory. In reality, back when I still had a wishlist, such mails did not usually get sent. In the end I just dumped the whole wishlist thing -- it's never current no matter how you look at it, and it's unreliable anyway.

Also, it's kind of hard to keep a wishlist up to date if you're not looking for a specific game. I generally look at sales/bundles, and decide on a case-by-case basis whether I want to buy it or not.

I really really really only need a simple checkbox: "Notify me when stuff goes on sale that I might be interested in, with a price tag that I might like" :-)
