Temporary Hold
So I purchased the Counter Strike bundle (all counter strike games) for a set amount of cash on the steam network. The money has been deducted from my account but it says that my transaction is temporarily on hold. I look at my purchase list and it looks like to me that there never was a purchase. What do I do ? How can I contact steam about this issue?

If there is nothing in your purchase list, then the hold (placed by the bank) should be released automatically in 3-5 business days.

Your Store Transactions are in:
https://store.steampowered.com/account/ then click on "Store Transactions".

hmm... well then nothing is there =/
But on my bank transactions it has already taken money out ...

Like you said, that is a Temporary Hold. It is placed by the bank in anticipation of the funds being transferred to another bank. As they will not be claimed, then they will become available in 3-5 business days.

No. If it not listed in your Transaction History, then you will still have to buy the game. If it is listed in the Transaction History as pending, then you will need to wait for it to say success or fail. If success, then the game will be added to your Library. If it is fail, then you will need to try and buy it again. The funds on hold at the bank should be released in 3-5 business days, unless the Transaction History shows a successful purchase.
