(Solved) Weird "NOT SANDBOXED" issue with Steam Overlay Web Browser

ATTENTION

It seems that the most recent Steam Beta has "Updated Web control to CEF v45.0.2454.85". I did some quick testing and found that the "NOT SANDBOXED" message no longer pops up upon loading certain pages.

You should update to the newest version of the Steam Client Beta to fix this problem.

Hey, for the past couple of weeks, whenever I play a game and I open up the Web Browser or if a game has an MOTD (e.g. TF2) that loads a website, my game minimizes and for a tiny instance a command prompt pops up. When I recorded this, I saw that the prompt says "NOT SANDBOXED", which, after some Googling, I learned seemed to be an issue based on something with Chromium.

What I'd like to know is how do I get it to not minimize my game with that window because it bugs the holy hell out of me whenever I want to quickly look up something on the browser only to have my game minimize for a prompt that disappears immediately.

I asked some of my friends about this and they don't get the same issue. It also happens on the browser regardless of whether I'm opted in on Steam beta or not and the debug.txt file is nothing but "Running without renderer sandbox" errors.

I have the same problem, very annoying as not all games like getting minimized.
But I noticed it also happens in the Steam client itself, the first time I visit http://store.steampowered.com/stats I get this window as well for a very short moment, and pretty much always when going there with the overlay.
