Does Gabe Reply to emails?
So a couple days ago i was on my main and i realized two of my items were gone, So i locked my account and changed my password, But then later i realized i was never hacked, The item server was just down. So i sent a support ticket and i have not gotten a reply yet, Just to be safe, i sent a email to Gabe. So, back to my oringinal question, Does Gabe actually reply to emails like these? Or will i just have to wait for support to eventually respond? Thanks for the help.

You need the help of Steam support. I have no idea, personally, of any email system to "Gabe".

Every user here has to deal with support concerning issues that they are currently having with their accounts. If you have an issue that we can actually help with here in this user forum, then please ask specific questions and we will try to assist you as best as we can, as far as we can.

Thanks for the reply. Im just worried about the actual time it will take, Or, if they will ever actually reply. I have 3 Australiums and 1 Unusual on my Main account, And theres no way i can trade those things over. And just in case you dident know who Gabe was, Hes the CEO of Valve. I just decided to test my luck with him and see if there was any chance of him replying.

Oh, yes I am quite familiar with who Gabe Newell is but I was referring to actually contacting him in my first reply here. I have no knowledge of being able to contact him in matters that support deals with, you see.

There is no set amount of time for support to respond to your issue, sadly. Many here are posting that they have been waiting for weeks and some even more.

The waiting game is long with Steam . But just be patient and check your email regularly

Welcome to steam support. We value you as a customer and apologize for the delay. Your expected wait time is > ONE MONTH.

Ya joking aside I'm not kidding when I say the wait is over a month for support right now. It's fing out of control.

I'm pretty sure this is a late message, but just in case you have to email him again, if it is something to do with support he normally passes a message over from support to help you, but he might be able to help you if it is something small, since he did say he is actually part of support. I'm not sure how long it takes to get an email back from him though, I believe he has said that he tries to read all of his emails, so as you can imagine, everybody might have to wait a long time. By the way did you email the right email? His email is actually gaben@valvesoftware.com
