Mouse cursor in Steam in game is frozen
I recently upgraded to Windows 10, and while playing Unturned, I press shift + tab and for some reason, my mouse cursor is stuck in the middle of the screen, I can not move it, if I move it it moves back to the middle of the screen. It feels like something is welded to the mouse cursor. The cursor in the game is fine, but the curson in Steam in game will not move. There could be a chance of the Xbox app in Windows 10 messing up the Steam in game.

Thanks :steamsalty:

I restarted my computer, turned off my mouse, even take out and put back in the battery, and still happens...

I have a Logitech M185 mouse (included with the K270 keyboard). Also, Since I got Windows 10, the Xbox app is giving me recording notifications while in the Steam games, I have no clue if the problem is from that

Have a look at this list, please. It may help. Please read it all very carefully, from top to bottom.

For example, on this list...

Microsoft Screen Magnifier in Windows 7 (magnify.exe - may cause in-game cursor issues)

Also, here is an older thread that has some info that perhaps can help.

Can you not disable that Xbox app to test this problem ?

Good news everyone! The cursor is not frozen anymore! I think disabling game DVR in the Xbox app fixed it. I figured it out from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sU6DFUgBE4g :steamhappy: If the problem still happens, I will comment back. Thank you all for the support!

There you go...a valuable lesson indeed. Many times, little issues like this are caused by conflicting software and thanks for posting back so well and letting others know how you fixed it. It really helps the community here. Good luck to you always.
