Need help, something called Raptr?
So my computer once found some kind of a virus, i deleted it and everything is ok, but when i turned it off for a second it showed some Raptr error, it happened a few more times when i shut my computer off but it disappeared, so while I was playing a game, i minimized it over task manager, and i saw 3 processes from raptr, i clicked properties and it turned out to be some sort of a program, i googled and it turned out to be a gaming program or something like that, i deleted it when i went control panel-programs and features and removed it from my pc, then i heard that they are spying or something? I just want to know am i safe now and was i in danger before, does it steal data or?

It may have installed with other software. I know AMD's video card software includes Raptr in it. Do you have, or did you have, an AMD card of some kind?

I have an AMD graphics card, an AMD processor too

So probably nothing is stolen? And I am not in danger anymore?

Raptr is harmless. It's a game tracking app, much like Xfire, in fact it's built by the same guys (for the most part after they sold Xfire to Viacom and founded Raptr).
They partnered up with AMD and branded the app with "gaming evolved" and slapped it into some default AMD driver software and other AMD programs.
And a while back they indeed had a security breach, but that has been addressed (as far as I know). So yeah, you should be save.
The processes are:
- Raptr client
- Raptr IM service (which is as good as not functioning these days, but in theory it allowed you to cross IM chat over MSN [dead], Facebook [never worked properly], XBox live [see facebook and only worked if you had a gold sub])
- Raptr Video Recording (not sure how well that works, since I abandoned ship a few years ago and haven't used that because they didn't have it yet).
