My account got stolen and they changed e-mail, phonenumber and password.

So my steam account got stolen and hacker changed my e-mail, phone number and password. Stole 1000€ worth of csgo skins and steam support takes for ever to answer (now 10 days). Im afraid that if I dont get my account back in 1 month then I cant get my skins back because somebody said so. I dont know how hackers dodged all security questions and other security stuff because I kept everything on. They also hacked my e-mail, but now I have changed all my passwords except my steam password which was hacked. I hope you can help me. Thanks for everybody who tried to help me :)

You have to conenct support prove its you, its the only way to really do it

Also recommend you scan your PC with Malwarebytes to make sure you dont have some key logger before any thing else

Well I can proof that its my account very easily because I have CD keys and everything else that I need but this is my first time getting hacked and Im afraid that they will not get my items back because support takes so long to give my account back. I have already removed all malwares and viruses 10 days ago and also sent that ticket.

Well because they stole my main account completely I can only play csgo with my smurf and I dont have even levels to play. Im just watching streams and videos and some hs.

If you are that paranoid, you may want to stay off the internet all togeder, if you do want to keep using it, i recommend to learn basic safety practice, and keep them with you, that will block 98% of all virus, Malware and the like
Dont click links, dont download something from a site you do not know, dont download from a link given to you, if someone want you to get Team Speak for exsample, go by your self to there main site to download it, dont take someone link to it
If someone offer a program you never heard of, step cheerfully, and feel free to ask others abut how legit it is

They already took my skins when I noticed I think I locked my account week ago. I found link which was in my mail. Im not sure does it work, because they switched my steam accounts e-mail, but I still used that link and pressed lock account.

I think that works, well i really do hope for you that Valve do give you the items back, best of luck with it
