Yes that is the only way. You can share your Steam account or games on your account but you cant play games from one Steam account at the same time.
That's a violation of the SSA.
Game sharing is possible via SFS, but DayZ is excluded.

Sorry man thats not how Steam works. He will have to buy that game on his Steam account to be able to play it.
Its his brother who want to play it with him so what i meant was he can share his Steam account = games with him on another computer but they cant play one game online at the same time from that Steam account.
The game doesn't support Steam Family Sharing in this context.
Without buying it on his Steam account? No.
If you want to play with him only in LAN mode then there is one other way but that is illegal.
