R.U.S.E Key code already in USE !!!
Please can somebody help me, I've bought RUSE (in a market DvD) and I played it on another steam account (long time ago)... and I entered the keycode also on that account... and now I forgot my username and password of that account and I tryed it to play on this account but it says Key code in use. I tryed to get my old account back but no way, so is there any way to get a new key code since I can prove it that I have bought the game. Thank you if you reply

Nope, but you can contact support and use that code as proof of ownership to reclaim the old account.

Users have reported wait times as long as a month or more, at the moment. Support has a lot of tickets to deal with and are trying to get through them as quickly as possible.
