(Edit: While I do agree they could make this point more prominent (such as a warning that pops up when you add it to your cart), "Early Access" just means that the developer doesn't think the game is finished. They may never finish it too! (Things such as RL intervening or the developer running out of money -- or the developer may just get bored of developing the game!))
TOGETHER BnB is not a scam.

Nothing.
YOu accepted the terms of early access when you bough it. Did you read the big blue box on the store page, because you should perhaps.
SO there's nothing you can do about the game not being updated or anything there.
As for refunds you couldn't do that either.
Because it's 2 hours played AND withint the last 14 days. If you played more than 2 hous, chasing bugs is irrelevant. You should easily be able to fiddle around and not waste time leaving it open.
So sorry but you agreed to this.
btw, thanks all, I got answers. just wanna know is there any mechanism that steam will tackle this kind of issues.
What you're buying is a gamble. You are getting SOMETHING playable but it may or may not make it into a full games.
That's it. Them's the terms, frankly.
Pay attention to the part in bold and underlined text of the warning.
