I have malwarebytes and it doesn't detect those as potentially unwanted stuff or malware. (yes I have updated it)

I think that your Steam installation maybe infected with a virus.
Take a close look at the files and their file path.
also send them to virus total to be certain.

I have MBAM Premium and no warnings at all.

Are you using a legit copy of MBAM? if yes is it fully updated?

Where did you get the installationfiles for MBAM and Steam-client?

That would be weird, since malwarebytes as a virus scanner is free.
just active scanning and stuff is premium. I use the free version and manually scan stuff.

As a scanner yes, not as a realtime protection.

I was trying to say that, in that very message.
active scanning, like reactive, proactive, just checking memory in real time, not requiring input.
so called real time protection.
the free version also doesn't have the extra features, such as ransomware protection.
but, I mean if you keep yourself to a few basic rules, you won't encounter those problems and won't need it.

i swear my file path has a clean slate
for it to detect that has me suspicious and confused (and worried, all at same time, because i very rarely visited any sus site besides youtube and steem and the usual)
malwarebytes moment still

I recommend reinstalling steam from scratch at least (and maybe malwarebytes as well, make sure you download it from their official website)
and after you have removed and reinstalled malwarebytes, scan your system. It may take a while since malwarebytes is slow so that you can do other things, but its better to be safe than sorry.

You can also run a second antivirus scanner if you want to be more certain, in that case I'd recommend eset, since they're kinda good.
but ...
at least make sure Steam isn't a virus on your desktop, so yeah... e.e; get rid of it and refresh the installation.
