Refund for game found cheaper elsewhere?

I recently bought the fallout collection on steam, and found out about a half hour ago that the site bundlestars.com is selling the whole franchise besides 4 for $1 more than the fallout collection. I haven't played any of the games yet, and I bought them on tuesday. What is the likelihood steam will refund me for this reason?

I think steam will refund you. Just open a ticket and you will get your refund as soon as possible. But remember, you will get it in your steam wallet and not back on your credit card or paypal.

Less then two weeks and less the two hours of play time. You should get the refund.

It may take up to 7-14 days to get the refund back onto the original payment method, so don't rely on that to pay for the game as the sale on BundleStars may be over by then.
