FedEx delivery issues
I had two separate deliveries show as "delivered" but FedEx did not deliver. (controller, link) I stayed home all day in anticipation of the hardware. I contacted FedEx and they said to contact the shipper? How does one do this? All the prehashed support questions are for game/tech related inquiries.

I find it really odd that two separate deliveries have the same issues. I left a support ticket request but guess it's now the waiting game. Anyone had these issues and how long did it take to get it resolved?

Maybe they accidentally delivered it to your neighbors. :DEALWITHIT:

Not with FedEx specifically, but I have had issues where the delivery guy will leave a notice of attempted delivery without even knocking. It usually ends up getting taken back to a warehouse/post office nearby. Normally you can contact the shipping company to find out where it is and pick it up/schedule delivery. I hope this doesn't mean they actually sent it back to Steam. :steamfacepalm:

I even asked the neighbors just in case. I don't think it's a steam issue but hell I'm at a point now where I don't know what to do. Reversing charges will probably get my account locked. So basically I am feeling a little miffed at the whole "buying hardware through steam" process. No one to call, sent email but waiting for a response, and in the meantime no hardware and play the waiting game. I can say this will be the very last time I order things from somewhere that has no phone number to call for delivery issues. You are basically f'ed.

The issue is with FedEx, not buying form Steam.

Call FedEx and see if you can pick it up diectly from them.

Complain about it not being delivered and speak to a manager if you need to. Make sure to let them know you were home all day and would have seen them if they tried to deliver it.

Worst case, the package is sent back to Valve and they should automaticaly refund you for the purchase. However, I am not sure about the shiping cost.
