Steam Is Acting Very Strange Lately PLEASE HELP

So where do I begin.... starting about last week, steam has been acting weird. Whenever I open up steam after turning on my computer, it opens like it never closed down instead of loading and checking for updates. Also, it logs me out of the Store. Just the store, not the client. I sign in, I select remember me on this computer. The next time I get on Steam, it logs me out again. Not only that Steam is very slow. It take at least 2 minutes for the store, community, my profile, anything to load. This also goes for the in-game browser. The only thing that would loadf properly is my Library.I thought it was my internet but it was fine. I deleted Steam and reinstalled it. Nothing has changed. Any suggestions would be great.

Same situation I think. - Seems to have started after last client update. Would be nice to have fix, at least we know it's not only us.

Close Steam.
Go into your Steam folder.
Delete everything except STEAM.EXE and STEAMAPPS folder.
Run STEAM.EXE

It'll refresh your Steam without having to redownload your games.

After following the suggestion made by the good Tabris here above, do this also. Remove htmlcache folder. Hope that can help, also.

Not much you can do about it.

I've tried ALL the possible suggestions but nothings happens, CONFIRMED: it's a Steam problem :/

It seems like this is Valve's fault on this one. I visited that discussions and it seems like a lot of people are having that problem. Hopefully they fix it in an update.
