How to Purchase Games with Steam Wallet

I have $26.32 and want to purchase a game, but when I go to pay for it the methods of payment don't show Steam Wallet, just credit cards. I used a Steam Card to get the credit but I don't know how to purchase the games or if I even can. I usually stop at the point where it says to verify credit card. I do not have a credit card linked to my account. A step by step quide would help. As well as information as whether I can register a debit card. Thank you.

Do you actually see the $26.32 showing up in the top right of your client window next to your login name ?

If you do, then click it and go to your account transactions page and look that over.

EDIT..I just noticed. You are still a limited user, so you have not actually added funds over the minimum required to get unlimited yet ($5 USD). Therefore, you cannot have added the amount you posted here.

How can I gain access to all Steam features?

You will need to spend at least $5.00 USD within the Steam store.
Some examples of purchases that grant access to these features are:
Adding the equivalent of $5 USD or more to your Steam Wallet
Purchasing game(s) that are equal to $5 USD or more from the Steam store
Adding a Steam Wallet card to your Steam account

No, you cannot send invites, but you can get them from others that are not limited.

Why are some features of Steam not available to me?

Limited users are prevented from accessing several features on Steam, including but not limited to:
Sending friend invites

This is starting to sound like you are logging into the wrong account. Do you have more than one account on Steam ?

I did activate my wallet card, it is showing on my wallet as confirmed credit. I only have one account.

You are level zero, which means you have a limited account. Did you read the link I gave you ? It has the information that you need to help you understand. You have to spend money on Steam or add funds to your wallet or other ways mentioned there.

Are you not able to add funds to your wallet by using a credit card or the wallet card that you seem to have ? What exactly is happening when you try to add funds to your wallet ?

If you have not added $5 USD or more to your wallet, then you will stay limited, you see.

Thank you. I think I can figure it out. it's probably because I am using Canadian dollars while in a US country.

I have a question:
For gaining all Steam features, can you buy a $20 Steam gift card from a store and redeem it? Would that give you all Steam features? Please answer soon because I want to get CS:GO. And also if you do have all Steam features can you pay using your Steam wallet or do you still have to use credit cards?

Not for all, features, no. And you just kinda necro'd this thread.

What "features" are you trying to get ? In the issue of a limited account, you have to only add funds in the amount of $5 USD to your wallet or spend that amount.
