Your games list is not set to public so we could check, but it sounds like you are on the wrong account.

If you have purchased the game, but the install button is grey, then the account you are using when looking at the install button is the wrong account.

EDIT.>This was foolish of me. The button would be "purchase" instead, surely.

If you are on a Windows 10 64 bit machine, you should be able to at least click the install button.

Have you tried restarting Steam ?

i just bought it a couple minutes ago. i've tried restarting steam before and it still doesn't let me install it :(
