First, do you in fact have Windows 10 ?
Also, secondary to this problem maybe, but Skype and Teamspeak are on this list...

TeamSpeak (can lead to mic issues)
But usually, the audio enahncements fix solves this, but at this point I cannot say for sure.

In the meantime, I highly suggest that you use the search box on the top right of the main forum page for help and tips and also search other threads about this.
