Steam mobile recovery code

My steam mobile recovery code isn't working, and I know it's correct because I saved it on a hidden file, and it's six digits starting w/ an R.

It keeps saying 'This code didn't work'

Please help! I contacted support and they don't reply for like 2 months, idk why they are so slow.

Sure you didn't made a new code afterwards by mistake? That makes the old code invalid i think.

Well, I'm trying to login to my Steam on my phone again, but it requires me to somehow get a code from Steam Guard Mobile Auth, which I have no access to.

I don't see any reason why there should be a 3 day hold on Steam Trades. It's just the most stupid thing ever. When someone from another device logs into your Steam Account on another device, it doesn't let you trade for 5 days and it will notify the main computer..

This stupid 3 day delay is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up everything..

They can bypass that, they can take the thing on your PC that shows how long you have signed in for example. It's more complicated then you think, lets just say this is the only sure way of stopping malware on your pc from stealing your stuff and everyone elses stuff.

Anyway, try going here and do the "recover my account" thing. Also why again? And do you have a phone number attached to it?

-go to "I deleted or lost my Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator"
-put your telephone number
-Now you recived a message with the code.
-Use the code to recover your account
