Escrow/Trade Holds - Time Period question
I was a little late in adding mobile authentication to my profile so I am still being effected by trade holds. I should reach the 7 day period and stop being effected in 5 to 6 hours.

However despite having 5 to 6 hours left whenever I make a trade now it still says it will be held for 72 hours. It is possible that some of the trades are with those who are doing unauthenticated trades or like me simply haven't reached the 7 day mark, but I know for a fact that it isn't the case with some of the trades.

So the question is: Is the Escrow timer simply failing to take into account the verification period is near ending, or does it means when the verification period does end and I am able to trade freely that the trades which would be instant were I to make them later today will still be held for several days?

I guess given the situation most people won't know. At the very least I'll be able to answer my question myself later this afternoon if no one is able to answer it for me atm.

As a rule, all trading and market restrictions stay fully active until the cooldown timer has completely expired. Those trades would be instant if you'd done them later today.

Ok, I can confirm, I've passed the 7 day mark and was able to make an instant trade (after authenticating) but my currently held trades continue to remain in Escrow.

Figured it would happen even though it is dumb.
