Report a translation problem
If you deleted them, they "might" readd you if they noticed or they don't care because you deleted them and won't readd you back.
People can change their names to anything, they can even have the same name as the person your trying to delete.
Reason people do that is to in game to try get a advantage to their enemy in game by making them think they are that person.
That's why alot of people have mics just in case so we can verify who you are.
Alot of people change their names because it easier then making a new account.
I had that weird orange tab saying I have a message from someone I dont have as a friend. I was confused who this was.
A day later, I realized "oh its him!". But by then I had closed steam and the orange tab stating I had an un-read message from a 'stranger' was already gone.
There is nothing you can do. Unless you go to his profile and see if you can comment on something.
If you can comment, explain why you did what you did.
And maybe they'll readd you or maybe not. There is nothing else you can do.
