I Need Help with my Specs for Borderlands 2!
I recently got a HP ProBook 450 G2 Notebook PC, do you think I can run Borderlands 2 on my PC? I have:
Windows 7
Intel Core i5-4210U with Intel HD Graphics 4400 (1.7 GHz)
Intel HD Graphics 4400
And ALOT of RAM.

Can it? Yes.
Will it be pretty? Doubtful.

Forget that video. I just noticed it's HD 4000 not 4400.

This one is almost exactly your spec.

System Requirements

Windows
MINIMUM:
OS: Windows XP SP3
Processor: 2.4 GHz Dual Core Processor
Memory: 2 GB(XP)/ 2 GB(Vista)
Hard Disk Space: 13 GB free
Video Memory: 256 MB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8500 /ATI Radeon HD 2600
Sound: DirectX 9.0c Compatible
Other Requirements:Initial installation requires one-time internet connection for Steam authentication; software installations required (included with the game) include Steam Client, DirectX 9, Microsoft .NET 4 Framework, Visual C++ Redistributable 2005, Visual C++ Redistributable 2008, Visual C++ Redistributable 2010, and AMD CPU Drivers (XP Only/AMD Only)

(See my edit below) Your CPU is too slow. The minimum is 2.4 and you have 1.7, you see. It may be possible to run Windows in "maximum performance mode" and get more out of your CPU, but I cannot say for sure if you will get to 2.4.

Also, you can use the internet to help you compare hardware when needed. I use this site...

EDIT..This was ninja'd.

EDIT..Looks like I may be wrong here. Intel says the max is 2.7 for your CPU.

Thanks Guys! I wasn't expecting this many comments :P I'll buy it soon. It seems I might be able to run it on Medium Settings. Probably not, not sure. Thanks!

You may have to set Windows to run in maximum performance mode to get your CPU to run above the minimum required for the game, and if you do, please keep in mind that will kill the battery much faster if of course you are not playing while plugged in somewhere. I only see an issue with your CPU myself here, so yea, you should be albe to play it, but like you said also, adjust your settings in the game accordingly.

Good luck to you always.
